The next Beat Cinema release features Matt E J's newest album 'The Warm Up. Matt E J has been a staple in our community in the post-pandemic era and has been working behind the scene on multiple collaborative projects and initiatives.

About The Warm Up:
"The Warm Up is a sonic representation of my experiences from 2019-2021, just getting back into making beats after a long hiatus. During the pandemic a lot of beat makers were hopping on zoom to link up and share what they were making. I found Today's Future Sound's "Global Beat Cypher" where someone would curate a sample pack and put it online for producers to make beats with on zoom. From there I met so many amazing talented beat makers that would help influence and shape my style of making music. The majority of the tracks contain samples found from those zoom sessions, combined with the elektron model samples, SP 404, arturia microfreak, behringer model D, and various FX pedals. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way and helped contribute to my growth. yall are much appreciated <3" - Matt E J
